Job summary

Gun Lake Casino Resort in Wayland Township, MI, is seeking an On Call F&B Food Server for Banquets. You will provide AAA 4-Diamond level service, take orders, coordinate with back of house, and assist with event setups, promotions, and guest inquiries while upholding safety and uniform standards.

This on-call role offers flexibility for busy periods and events within a dynamic resort setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least two (2) years of serving experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license with the Gun Lake Tribal Gaming Commission.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests, take and input food and beverage orders, and ensure prompt delivery.
• Maintain Gun Lake Casino Resort's AAA 4-Diamond service standards at all times.
• Assist with banquets and events, including table arrangements and service flow.
• Communicate with back of house to ensure accuracy and accommodate requests.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of work areas and guest spaces.
