Job summary

Yellowstone Club is seeking an on-call Banquet & Catering Server/Bartender for the Summer 2026 season in Big Sky, Montana. You will provide food and beverage service to Members and guests with emphasis on excellence and consistent guest experiences.

The role requires 2-3+ years of serving in a fine dining setting, ServSafe and TIPS certifications, strong communication, and basic math. Join a team that values hospitality, safety, and teamwork to deliver memorable events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work required
• 2-3+ years of serving experience in a fine dining restaurant
• 3-5 years of experience in a smaller, full-service restaurant would be considered
• ServSafe and TIPS certifications
• Able to speak clearly and effectively with Members, guests, co-workers, vendors and other Yellowstone Club departments
• Able to perform basic math calculation

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve Members and guests with outstanding service
• Guarantee total Member satisfaction with hospitality and professionalism
• Follow property safety and security procedures
• Take and serve orders; bus tables; carry dishes and glassware
• Attend to Members and guests; learn Member names; convey dietary restrictions to culinary staff
• Collaborate with teammates to meet Member and guest expectations
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room and work station
• Use POS system accurately; ring in tickets; close out shifts; manage comps/voids
