Yellowstone Club is seeking a Banquet & Catering Server for the upcoming Winter season in Big Sky, Montana. The role focuses on providing food and beverage service to Members and guests with excellence, consistency, and a superior guest experience.

Responsibilities include greeting Members, taking orders, bussing tables, and communicating dietary needs to culinary staff, while maintaining a clean dining area. On-call seasonal position with strong team collaboration and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of serving experience in a fine dining restaurant.
• 3-5 years of experience in a smaller, full-service restaurant would be considered.
• ServSafe and TIPS certifications.
• Able to speak clearly and effectively with Members, guests, co-workers, vendors and other Yellowstone Club departments.
• Able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge Members and guests; provide outstanding service.
• Take and serve orders; bus tables; carry dishes and trays.
• Attend to Members and guests upon entrance; learn Member names.
• Relay dietary restrictions and special requests to culinary staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room and work station; use POS accurately.
