Base pay range

$15.00/hr - $15.00/hr

Yellowstone Club’s Food & Beverage department is seeking candidates for a Banquet & Catering Server for the upcoming Summer season!

The purpose of the Banquet & Catering Server is to provide food and beverage service to Members and guests with a focus on excellence, consistency, and the Member/guest experience.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Ensure outstanding service to Members and guests, including greeting, acknowledging, maintaining service standards, product knowledge, and all guest service components.
2. Guarantee total Member satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism, and handle transactions ethically and legally.
3. Understand and apply safety and security procedures to maintain a safe environment; seek medical attention if needed and contact management in emergencies.
4. Maintain positive relationships with team members to foster a good working environment.
5. Take and serve orders, bus tables, carry dishes and trays.
6. Attend to Members and guests, learn Member names promptly.
7. Relay dietary restrictions and special requests to culinary staff.
8. Collaborate with teammates to meet Member and guest expectations.
9. Keep the dining area and work station clean and organized.
10. Use POS system efficiently, including ringing tickets, closing shifts, and managing requests.

Position Requirements:

1. High school diploma, GED, vocational training, or related coursework.
2. 2-3+ years of serving experience in fine dining.
3. 3-5 years in smaller, full-service restaurants considered.
4. ServSafe and TIPS certifications.
5. Effective communication skills with Members, guests, and co-workers; clear writing skills.
6. Basic math skills.
