Job Description

This role involves handling all payment transactions for food and beverage services, maintaining well-stocked shelves, keeping the ALS area clean at all times, and providing superior customer service.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

• Handle all point-of-sale transactions accurately using Micros
• Balance all transactions at the end of each shift
• Count change and balance the cash bank at shift end
• Read and understand all upcoming banquet events
• Know the locations of items in the storeroom and kitchen
• Familiarity with all POS systems and bank procedures
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor

• Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
