Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in archaeology, anthropology, or closely related field.
• Completion of a field school.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a Field Director role.
• Permitted or qualified for agency permitting statewide in Utah.
• Permitted or permittable on BLM lands statewide in Utah.
• Proficient in prehistoric and/or historic archaeology statewide in Utah.
• Proficient in documenting archaeological sites and isolates statewide in Utah.

Aufgaben

• Plan and support cultural resources projects throughout the Great Basin region, including fieldwork coordination.
• Field data management and deliverables preparation.
• Agency coordination and review of cultural resource documents.
• Serve as a Field Director or Principal Investigator when required.
• Conduct Class III (intensive pedestrian) cultural resources inventory.
• Document archaeological sites and IOs/IFs; supervise data collection and reporting.
