Job summary

Community Management Corporation in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking an apartment maintenance professional who can manage the physical care of our communities and be on-call as needed. The role requires a valid driver's license and a commitment to maintaining the grounds, units, and common areas to high standards.

Under supervision of the Site Manager, you will complete work orders, service HVAC and appliances, and coordinate with outside contractors.

Qualifications

• Apartment maintenance experience required.
• Must be willing to be on-call.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, common areas and parking lots daily.
• Complete work orders and submit to Property Manager.
• Service HVAC, appliances and water heaters as needed.
• Inspect and maintain maintenance equipment (power washers, leaf blowers, mowers, etc.).
• Assist with emergencies and coordinate with contractors.
