Job summary
Centerspace is seeking a maintenance specialist at Lyra Apartments in Centennial, Colorado. You will join the Service team to prepare new homes for residents and perform routine repairs of building systems while delivering excellent customer service.
You will help maintain the property and grounds, respond to resident requests, and ensure amenities stay clean and operable. This role requires on-call availability on a rotating schedule and a valid driver’s license, plus a willingness to learn
Qualifications
- On-call availability with rotating schedule.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to learn plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, painting/drywall.
- Maintain efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds.
- Perform routine maintenance on vacant units prior to new resident occupancy.
- Respond to resident service requests; enter and track requests using a work order system.
- Keep all amenity areas in clean and operable condition; assist with snow removal and groundskeeping.
