Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in maintenance tasks.
• Ability to function in an on-call capacity with reliable transport.
• Knowledge in REAC and other regulatory inspections is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and responds to work orders.
• Insures preventative maintenance scheduling is up to date.
• Conducts Move in and Move out inspections.
• Performs plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
• Coordinates vendor work with Property Manager.
