Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and contribute to construction/rehabilitation projects.
• Handle grounds keeping and on-site amenities upkeep; respond to on-call emergencies.
• Oversee make-ready process under supervision to meet property objectives.
• Adhere to Fair Housing and OSHA regulations.
