Job summary

Atlantic Housing Foundation, Inc. is seeking a full-time Service Technician for Waters at Bluff Springs Apartments in Austin, TX. You will oversee property upkeep, perform general maintenance and preventative tasks, and assist with construction or rehabilitation projects on site.

Requires EPA 608 Certification (Type I+II or Universal), a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to read, write and speak English. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are also expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• EPA Sec 608 Certification (Type I + II or Universal) required.
• 2+ years multi-family maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the physical property and general maintenance repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and assist with construction/rehabilitation projects.
• Handle grounds keeping and onsite amenities upkeep.
• Respond to on-call/after-hours emergencies.
• Manage make-ready process under supervision of Lead Service Technician and Community Manager.
• Adhere to Fair Housing and OSHA regulations.
