US Patriot is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate for the Fort Sill, OK base location. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help select the best tactical gear from popular brands.

The role includes handling transactions, upselling, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment to meet on-base customer needs. Starting pay is $17.75/hour with benefits; flexible shifts are required, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Friendly, outgoing, and helpful demeanor.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus; training provided.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to handle merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work flexible shift hours, 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer promptly and respond to needs.
• Answer inquiries on price, quality, fabric type, specs, and usability.
• Upsell and recommend add-ons to enhance orders.
• Set up displays and arrange merchandise to promote sales.
• Replenish merchandise and monitor floor stock.
• Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Provide information regarding contracts and products.
• Handle irate customers professionally.
• Assist with product questions over the phone.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet customer needs.
