Job summary

US Patriot is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to match soldiers and airmen with top brands in the business. You will engage customers on the sales floor, handle transactions, answer product questions, and recommend the right gear to meet customer needs.

Starting rate is $17.75/hour. We offer medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, and flexible benefits. You must be able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Friendly, outgoing, and helpful demeanor.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to handle merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work flexible shift hours, 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and respond to needs.
• Answer inquiries on price, quality, fabric type, specs, and usability.
• Upsell and recommend add-ons to enhance orders.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise to promote sales.
• Replenish merchandise and monitor floor stock for inventory.
• Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Provide product information regarding contracts and specifications.
