You will handle sales transactions, maintain neat displays, and assist with stock management to ensure accurate inventory and a positive customer experience. The position requires a High School diploma or GED, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work hours with minimal supervision, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Friendly, outgoing and helpful demeanor.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus; training provided.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and handle merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible shift hours, 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and assist with inquiries.
• Answer questions on price, fabric type, specifications and usability.
• Upsell and recommend add-ons to increase orders.
• Set up displays and organize merchandise to promote sales.
• Replenish stock and monitor floor inventory.
• Keep the store clean and orderly at all times.
• Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Provide product information and contract specifications.
• Handle irate customers professionally and courteously.
• Assist with phone inquiries and cross-department collaboration.
