GALLS is hiring Retail Sales Associate to assist soldiers and airmen in selecting tactical gear and providing exceptional customer service. You will greet customers, handle transactions, answer questions, and help with product recommendations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a friendly and proactive demeanor, and the ability to stand for long periods. Training is provided, with benefits including medical coverage and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and assist with inquiries.
• Handle sales transactions and answer product questions.
