CW Resources, Inc. is seeking reliable landscaping crew members to support work at Newport Naval Base. No experience is needed as full training is provided; you will learn mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, and seasonal planting while staying active outdoors.

Qualifications

• No landscaping experience required; full training provided.
• Willing to learn how to safely use landscaping tools and equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid Real ID; ability to obtain and maintain government base access.

Responsibilities

• Mow large lawn areas and edge sidewalks, trim around trees and fences.
• Weed flowerbeds, prune shrubs and small trees, mulch or plant seasonal flowers.
• Clear debris, blow off walkways, and ensure job sites look polished.
• Reload tools, clean up work areas, and report any issues to crew leader.
• Unload and prep for next day when team returns to office.
