Job summary

EMI Services is seeking an HVAC General Maintenance Worker to perform general maintenance and repairs of HVAC equipment at a U.S. Army base. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, equipment cleaning, and part replacement per checklists.

A valid EPA license and a high school diploma are required, with 2+ years’ experience preferred. Competitive wages include an insurance allowance and benefits such as PTO, health care, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Universal Refrigeration License required.
• 2+ years related experience and/or vocational training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, operate, or test machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
• Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work.
• Clean or lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, or other parts of machinery.
• Repair or replace defective equipment parts.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep machines running smoothly.
