Job summary

You will conduct health promotion, fitness testing, health coaching, data entry, and collaboration with community agencies, requiring a 4-year Allied Health degree and national credentials; U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Allied Health field or related area.
• Maintains one or more national credentials (ACSM, NASM, NSCA, CHES/MCHES, etc.).
• Current AHA BLS certification required.
• Excellent public speaking and customer service skills.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers evidence-based health promotion programs to improve health behaviors.
• Performs physical fitness testing and comprehensive health assessments.
• Conducts individual and group coaching using behavior change theories.
• Ensures complete data collection and entry in approved systems.
• Applies knowledge of anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and exercise science.
• Develops and plans health education programs per AFWC directives.
• Collaborates with community agencies; works independently and as a team.
