Job summary

Reef Systems is seeking a fully qualified Certified Athletic Trainer to support the 58 RQS at Nellis AFB, NV. The ATC will serve as an independent embedded healthcare provider, evaluating and treating operators to enhance human performance and readiness.

The position requires DHA-aligned training, CAATE/CAAHEP education, and active BOC certification, with schedule Monday–Friday and potential after-hours support to meet mission needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Licensed Athletic Trainer in collegiate, professional, or tactical settings.
• Graduated from an Athletic Training Education Program accredited by CAATE or CAAHEP.
• Current CPR and AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical management as an embedded healthcare provider for operators and aircrew.
• Evaluate and treat musculoskeletal injuries to enhance performance.
• Design and implement strength and conditioning programs to reduce injury risk.
• Coordinate fitness and medical readiness of patients and maintain care records.
