CUMULUS MEDIA Knoxville, Tennessee is seeking an experienced On-Air/Program Director WOKI to lead live and local programming with energy and vision. This role includes a daily on-air show, weekend voice tracks, and live remotes, while managing a content team and shaping the brand across all platforms.

The ideal candidate will mix strong writing, production skills, and a deep knowledge of music and pop culture.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in radio programming or content leadership.
• Strong social and digital media experience.
• Proficient with ratings, digital metrics and audience research.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement and manage sound, image, and brand across all channels.
• Coach and motivate on-air talent and content creators.
• Deliver engaging, audience-focused content for target demos.
• Collaborate with sales to develop client relationships and opportunities.
• Coordinate with marketing for contests, promotions and big events.
• Ensure station operations comply with FCC rules and policies.
