Job summary

ViaPath Technologies is seeking an intermediate skilled candidate for the OMS Applications Sr Analyst role. The hybrid position supports OMS applications from Dallas, TX or Pittsburgh, PA with on‑call rotation and occasional travel to customer sites.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technical or application support, strong Java/WildFly experience, and solid SQL skills, plus excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years related job experience in lieu of a degree.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support or application support role.
• Moderate understanding of industry standard software, peripherals, and network communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer application support tickets and assist in troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve OMS integration issues with internal/third‑party apps.
• Resolve hardware peripheral issues (printers, scanners, etc.) connecting to OMS.
• Provide on-call 24/7 coverage and participate in rotation.
• Document work in the support management system and update KBs.
