Responsibilities

Build, share, and maintain web analytics dashboards for key metrics monitoring.

Ad-hoc data consolidation and validation.

Ensure the timely delivery of daily, weekly, monthly reports and insights.

Manage standard dashboards and reports, and ad-hoc analyses. Integrate with other available data to present a holistic picture.

Demonstrated ability to extract, conceptualize and communicate the important patterns of visitor behavior from web data.

Demonstrated ability to deliver clear and actionable data in person and through reporting tools.

Exhibits high degree of pro‑activeness in analyzing user behavior using available data to influence changes on the website.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 4+ years of practical Omniture SiteCatalyst experience, preferably in an analyst or implementation capacity.
• Advanced knowledge of key Omniture data values and concepts (props, evars, events, classification, segmentation).
• Data analysis skills with ability to extract and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Proficiency in web analytics applications, strong database skills and technical understanding of website architecture.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload without becoming overwhelmed.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong preference to also have Tableau Desktop skills.
