Job summary

Neurocrine is seeking a senior leader to develop and manage customer experience capabilities, with primary responsibility for Web Operations across its brands and websites. You will oversee production governance, partner with agencies, and extend practices to new channels, ensuring quality delivery.

You will drive design standards, reusable components, and Contentful/Bynder enhancements, aligning operations with regulatory digital environments and analytics requirements.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in marketing/communications or related field with 6+ years in digital marketing/marketing ops.
• Master's in marketing/life sciences/business administration with 4+ years in similar role.
• Experience leading digital production/web operations across multiple brands.
• Familiar with headless CMS/DAM, accessibility, analytics, privacy, and QA.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital production operations for website launches, enhancements, updates, and ongoing production.
• Partner with brand teams, agencies, and managed services to maintain enterprise production standards.
• Train internal teams and agency partners on core capabilities and best practices.
• Oversee managed services partner: budget, capacity planning, timelines, utilization, scope, and performance.
• Establish/monitor/service levels and KPIs (throughput, cycle time, on-time delivery, quality).
• Coordinate with content owners, analytics, privacy, IT, and stakeholders to resolve dependencies.
• Oversee QA and release-management standards.
• Drive reusable components, templates, design standards, and standardized production practices.
• Partner on Contentful/Bynder enhancements, architecture, documentation, governance.
• Extend governance/operating practices to additional channels/assets as needed.
