Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years in CPG sales analytics, BI, or related fields.
- Experience with Walmart systems: Retail Link and Scintilla.
- Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools.
Responsibilities
- Analyze Walmart POS, shipment, inventory, pricing, and eCommerce data to identify opportunities and risks.
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting to support planning and reviews.
- Synthesize large datasets into meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Deliver executive-level presentations and business reviews that drive action.
- Support forecasting discussions and sales planning through trend analysis.
