Job summary

Talentzo Delhi is seeking a skilled Production Support Specialist to maintain Manhattan Active Omni/OMS applications and ensure reliable order processing across channels. You will monitor orders, inventory, fulfilment, returns, and shipments, identifying and resolving issues promptly.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams, manage integrations with WMS/ERP/POS/e-commerce platforms, and support deployments and documentation to maintain high availability and SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience with Manhattan Active Omni/OMS.
• Strong understanding of order management and retail operations.
• Knowledge of omnichannel fulfilment processes.
• Experience in production support and incident management.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and middleware.
• SQL knowledge for troubleshooting and data validation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Manhattan Active Omni/OMS applications.
• Monitor orders, inventory, fulfilment, returns, and shipments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Manage integrations with WMS, ERP, POS, and e-commerce platforms.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve issues.
• Support enhancements, testing, deployments, and documentation.
• Ensure SLA adherence and system availability.
