Macy’s, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Operations & Style Merchandise Execution to elevate the customer experience through compelling product presentation and seamless omnichannel fulfillment.

You will lead teams across style merchandise execution, omnichannel fulfillment, and product movement, hiring and coaching an inclusive group while driving sales and operational excellence. You will develop leaders, partner with cross-functional teams on safety, RFID, and standards, and ensure back-of-house

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of management experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs., stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and reach.

Mansioni

• Drive sales and profit through strong execution of merchandise presentation, pricing, signage, visual standards, and event setup.
• Lead merchandising, brand standards, and initiatives to create inspiring customer experiences.
• Interpret and execute seasonal and monthly merchandising and execution guides tailored to store architecture and assortment.
• Plan and direct receiving, processing, and movement of merchandise while maintaining back-of-house standards.
• Manage inventory flow, placement, stockroom organization, and reverse logistics.
• Lead and execute omnichannel operations, including BOPIS/BOSS fulfillment, and merchandise logistics.
• Ensure achievement of service level agreements for omni fulfillment and curbside operations.
• Build strong relationships with team members to drive key omni and customer experience metrics.
• Partner cross-functionally with Visual, Business Administration, Asset Protection, and brand partners on safety, audits, RFID, and execution standards.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful environment that supports engagement, accountability, and performance.
• Train, coach, and develop leaders and associates on operational, service, and merchandising standards.
• Interview, hire, train, manage, coach, develop, evaluate, and discipline direct and indirect reports.
• Work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform other duties as assigned
