Job summary

Macy’s, Inc. seeks a Manager of Style Merchandise Execution to lead a team in presenting merchandise attractively and driving sales. You will oversee product movement, pricing, signage, and event setups while mentoring staff to deliver exceptional shopping experiences.

You will guide visual standards, coordinate with brand partners, and foster an inclusive work environment, coaching and developing a diverse team across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of management experience in retail.
• Able to lift and move items as part of store operations.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profits through effective merchandising.
• Lead communication, execution, and training of visual merchandising standards.
• Strategize pricing, signage, and display to keep store customer-ready.
• Manage inventory flow, receipt, placement, and stockroom organization.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team while ensuring performance expectations.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful work environment and DEI initiatives.
• Document work with photos to educate and inspire others.
• Operate with urgency to meet department goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet store-wide objectives.
