Watches of Switzerland Group PLC is seeking a Head of Omnichannel Finance to lead all FP&A, performance management, and business partnering for the U.S. retail business.

The role focuses on profitable growth, actionable insights, and strong financial stewardship, overseeing two direct reports and partnering with cross-functional leadership. The ideal candidate combines deep FP&A expertise with commercial acumen, owning both retail showroom and e-commerce financials and driving continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 12-15 years of progressive experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance with deep understanding of financial controls, and reporting processes.
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience.
• Proven experience in retail, luxury goods, omnichannel or consumer products is highly desired.
• Experience within multinational and/or publicly traded organizations preferred.
• Expertise with ERP and business intelligence platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Oracle, Cognos, BW, and Power BI.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Business related travel when necessary.
