Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a team-oriented associate to handle general warehouse duties including picking merchandise from pick lists and moving items to staging areas. You’ll use a handheld RF scanner to verify counts, support omni-channel initiatives, and ensure accurate fulfillment for members.

The role requires fast, friendly service, adherence to safety standards, and collaboration with other departments to meet productivity and guest-satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Experience pulling orders from a pick list and using a handheld RF scanner.
• Experience in big box/wholesale retail environments preferred.
• Ability to work on a fast-paced team with a strong emphasis on accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases by pulling merchandise from a pick list using an RF scanner.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and verify counts.
• Communicate inventory or equipment issues and assist with replenishment as needed.
• Ensure orders are picked timely to meet productivity goals and SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside, Ship from Club.
