Job summary

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer care, sales or omnichannel support preferred.
• Ability to quote, sell and service MSC's customer base per standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and emails to process orders and returns.
• Upsell and promote MSC solutions to increase sales.
• Coordinate with Field Sales to support revenue generation.
• Use MSC systems (AS/400, Web SOE, Salesforce, Oceana) to address needs.
• Provide timely, accurate issue resolution and follow-up with customers.
• Mentor teammates and maintain MSC culture in the department.
