Job summary

Targetbase in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking an Account Supervisor who guides campaigns from concept through completion, aligning teams and delivering high‑quality work on time, within scope and budget.

As a trusted day‑to‑day client partner, you will deepen partnerships, drive business growth, oversee omnichannel campaigns, manage budgets, timelines and resources, and collaborate with creative, strategy and analytics teams. Hybrid work: 3 days in office, 2 days remote in Irving, TX.

Qualifications

• Omnichannel campaign experience in adigitalmarketing/advertising agency.
• Understanding of customer journey principles.
• Relational database technology and CRM concepts.
• Automotive or heavy versioning campaign experience preferred.
• Client-facing experience and ability to manage expectations.
• Proven track record leading marketing projects with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities to meet timelines and budgets.
• Own project financials; track budgets and provide revenue forecasts.
• Lead all aspects of projects from scope through delivery.
• Learn Targetbase tools, processes, and methodologies.
• Develop strategies to deepen client partnerships.
• Coordinate procurement of project suppliers and paperwork.
• Assist in monitoring competitive activity and client updates.
• Support client maintenance requests and updates to programs.
• Collaborate with SBA, Technology and Creative teams on requirements.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and manage changes.
