Job summary

Mars Incorporated's Accelerator team seeks a Sr. Specialist, Omni to support omnichannel strategy across KIND, RXBAR, Nature's Bakery and related brands. You will build reporting and analyses to drive online and in-store performance for Better For You brands.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Omni, you will partner with Sales, Category, Insights, Shopper Marketing, and Analytics, coordinating cross-functional analyses and projects that enable growth and optimization across channels.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in omnichannel marketing or CPG analytics, preferably in food/snacks.
• Working knowledge of Nielsen, POS, and market research data/tools.
• Strong Excel skills, with PowerPoint storytelling ability.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, cross-functional.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple deliverables under deadlines.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain monthly/quarterly online performance reporting, surfacing opportunities across Better for You brands.
• Analyze online and in-store performance data to identify insights and support forecast tracking.
• Support evaluation of retail media and shopper marketing performance to improve ROI.
• Partner with Category Strategy, Insights & Analytics, Shopper Marketing, and Sales to align on Omni initiatives.
• Coordinate day-to-day execution of analyses and projects supporting Sales and Category objectives.
