Job summary

Hard Rock Digital seeks a Project Manager to join the Omni team and support promotions, tracker maintenance, and tentpole project execution. The role thrives on building organizational structure, with strong communication across departments to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

The Omni Project Manager will coordinate with Compliance, Web, and partner teams to keep cross-functional initiatives on track, while managing timelines and dependencies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, waterfall, or hybrid) and/or at least one year’s experience in project management, preferably in marketing and/or casino industries.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com).
• Competence in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. Optional: project management certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cross-functional promotional schedules and status updates.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Web, and partner teams to keep initiatives on track.
• Track multi-step processes from promotions to promo drops.
• Support tentpole projects with objective alignment and risk mitigation.
• Document milestones and postmortems.
