Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a dedicated Omni Experience Ambassador to support warehouse operations and digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club. The role focuses on accurate order picking, safe handling, and seamless collaboration with team members to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilize a handheld scanner device to pick orders from the sales floor.
• Use handheld scanner device to verify merchandise and update locations.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and prepare for pickup or shipping.
• Communicate inventory or equipment issues and notify team of replenishment needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow club policies and safety procedures.
