Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support warehouse and omni-channel initiatives. You will pull merchandise from pick lists, verify items with handheld scanners, and move stock from sales to staging areas, while upholding safety and service standards.

The role emphasizes fast, friendly service, adherence to club policies, and teamwork to meet productivity and customer satisfaction goals in a dynamic wholesale environment.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience required.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and politely by pulling merchandise from a list.
• Use RF scanner to verify merchandise and locate items.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and assist teammates as needed.
• Support omni-channel initiatives like curbside and ship from club.
