Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a team member to perform general warehouse activities, including pulling merchandise from pick lists, moving items to staging, and using handheld scanners to verify counts. The Omni Experience Ambassador role supports digital initiatives and maintains club standards.

Requirements include previous order pulling and RF scanner experience, with preferred big box/wholesale retail background. Regular attendance and teamwork are essential for meeting productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilizes a handheld scanner to pick orders from the sales floor.
• Moves merchandise from sales floor to staging area for fulfillment.
• Communicates problems with inventory and/or equipment and communicates expired or short-dated items on the pick list.
• Works with team to replenish merchandise and meet productivity targets.
