Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to perform general warehouse activities, including pulling merchandise from a pick list and moving items to the staging area.

You will use a handheld scanner to verify counts and ensure accurate locations, while supporting digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club. We value teamwork, safety, and a proactive approach to delivering service excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and courteously by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use handheld RF scanner to pick and verify orders.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
• Maintain a clean, organized SFC area and adhere to SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
