Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is hiring for an Omni Experience Ambassador to support digital initiatives and member services in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will pull orders, verify items with handheld scanners, and move merchandise from floor to staging areas while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and a positive member experience, with standards like GOLD and fast, friendly service across all departments.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner using handheld RF scanner.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and ensure accurate counts.
• Communicate inventory issues and replenish merchandise when needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas and adhere to SOPs.
