Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to handle general warehouse activities, including pulling merchandise, staging orders, and using RF scanners. You will work across digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment.

The role emphasizes strong teamwork, safety, and adherence to club standards while delivering friendly member service and maintaining operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilizes a handheld scanner device (RF) to pick orders from the sales floor.
• Uses handheld scanner device (RF) to verify merchandise.
• Moves merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
• Communicates problems with inventory and/or equipment and communicates expired or short-dated items included on pick list.
• Maintains all club policies and procedures; includes adherence to dress code and safety standards.
