Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club. You will handle order picking, scanning, and staging while upholding GOLD standards and ensuring a safe, friendly member experience.

Role requires efficient teamwork, adherence to SOPs, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced, evolving processes. Weekend availability and OC measures may apply.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and accurately by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use handheld RF scanner to verify counts and update locations.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and coordinate with team for replenishment.
