Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support omni-channel fulfillment, pulling merchandise from pick lists and scanning items for accuracy. You will move goods from the sales floor to staging, with a focus on speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have order-picking and RF scanner experience. The role requires teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety and SOPs across the club’s omni initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list and using a handheld scanner.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area to prepare for shipment or pickup.
• Ensure orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity targets and SOPs.
• Maintain a clean, organized SFC area and handle damaged or spoiled products according to procedures.
