• Customer Experience: Cultivates a welcoming and inclusive environment and delivers exceptional, personalized customer experiences.
• Leadership + Team Management: Develops talent, conducts regular interviews, and nurtures brand, customer, and store connection.
• Visual + Business Operations: Plans daily/weekly/monthly operations, reviews sales forecasts, scheduling, and payroll, and supports visual merchandising execution.
• Communication + Relationships: Maintains open communication, ensures scheduling equality, and shares store insights with leadership.
