Qualifications

• Proven record of developing great talent.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates a welcoming and inclusive environment by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Uses service indicators and scheduling to reinforce a service and selling culture; motivates leaders for relationships via styling services and events.
• Leads the team to provide a frictionless customer experience by leveraging technology and omnichannel services.
• Networks with local businesses to identify community engagement opportunities and store events.
• Promotes an inclusive environment and develops a proactive talent strategy with external networks.
