Job summary

Fendi Italia Srl is seeking an Omni Stockist in Miami to support the store team and broader network. You will manage orders, coordinate cross-channel fulfillment, and drive sales through in-store and digital channels.

You will work with the leadership and selling teams to ensure accurate packaging, timely shipping, and superior client experiences across BOPIS, ship-from-store, and curbside services.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in retail or customer experience; luxury experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS and inventory management.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Digital literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize pending orders to fulfill within 24 hours.
• Pull deliveries, package, and deliver to shipping department.
• Drive Retail Network sales by processing charge sends for Client Advisors outside your home store.
• Support Omni-Channel tasks including BOPIS, SFS, curbside & ship-from-store.
• Assist in BOPIS aged order review and return management.
• Act as a resource for store teams on HERO/HEAVEN and Client Compass.
• Participate in loss prevention procedures to safeguard processes.
