• Excellent computer skills including Windows, SAP, Cegid, and Microsoft Outlook
• Manage daily boutique operations, inventory, cash control, and loss prevention
• Delegate tasks, develop sales incentives, and achieve sales targets
• Ensure a high-quality store experience and uphold brand standards
• Lead by example with professionalism and brand knowledge
• Prioritize, plan, delegate, and adapt to business needs

Professional Requirements
