Fireplace Stone & Patio in Omaha, NE is seeking a focused Retail Sales Associate for our Omaha Showroom. You will help customers select products, learn about offerings, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

This full-time position emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork. You will maintain a clean showroom, assist with merchandising, process transactions, and support store operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work Saturdays with a day off during the week.
• Previous retail or commission-based sales experience preferred.
• Effective communication and people skills.
• Computer and data entry skills; Microsoft and CRM experience preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Motivated and purposeful with a strong interest in sales.
• Interest or knowledge in home improvement, outdoor furniture, and grills is a plus.
• Competitive hourly wage plus commission.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product education and answer questions clearly.
• Help customers select products that best meet their needs.

• Promote current sales, promotions, and product bundles.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Maintain knowledge of fireplaces, stone, casual furniture, grills, and outdoor living products.
• Maintain an organized and clean sales floor.
• Assist with merchandising, product placement, and showroom readiness.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support team operations and assist other departments as needed.
