Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing sales and/or property management experience.
• 3+ years of marketing experience.
• Digital savvy with social media (Facebook, Instagram) and Canva.
• Rent Café and Yardi knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and maintain occupancy goals.
• Support on-site teams and maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere.
• Travel within the local Omaha region to support properties.
