Job summary

Hurrdat is seeking a Data Engineer to build and maintain the data models and pipelines behind its analytics and reporting. You will work primarily in Google BigQuery and dbt, designing the warehouse models that turn advertising, content, web, and search data into governed, well-documented tables that our reporting and client teams rely on every day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering.
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data models and ELT pipelines for reporting and analysis.
• Develop, test, and document dbt transformations and data tests.
• Build and maintain data pipelines from third-party sources into the warehouse.
• Write Python scripts to automate data tasks and API integrations.
• Monitor pipelines, resolve data quality issues, and optimize performance.
