Job summary

Nike, Inc. seeks a visionary Director of Olympics & Paralympics Apparel to lead a design team in Beaverton, OR.

You will drive an overarching Innovation product vision for Olympic sport categories, collaborating with marketing, merchandising, product management and development to translate strategy into compelling, athlete-focused designs. You will mentor four designers, guide the creative process across all stages, and ensure alignment with Nike’s design standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in apparel, fashion design or related field is required.
• Extensive design leadership experience in apparel or sportswear.
• Proven ability to translate insights into industry-defining products.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of designers to deliver innovative, sport-led Nike products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business, development and design partners across women’s apparel and footwear.
• Present a clear vision and strategy for Olympics and Paralympics Apparel to leadership.
• Oversee multiple projects while maintaining Nike’s design standards and heritage.
