Job summary

SPORTFIVE is seeking a Senior Director of Operations to oversee the operational strategy and Games-time delivery for Olympic and Paralympic programs. You will connect account leadership with execution, ensuring client objectives, guest experience, and budgets align from planning through events.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance across programs, with travel and on-site requirements during major events.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years in sports marketing, experiential event management, and/or corporate hospitality.
• Proven experience leading high-level corporate hospitality programs including Olympic/Paralympic Games.
• Extensive experience with guest management systems, ticketing, and related tech.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational strategy for Olympic/Paralympic programs and Games-time delivery.
• Lead day-to-day client engagement and cross-functional delivery.
• Manage multi-million-dollar budgets, forecasting, and financial reconciliation.
